Can the machine be branded with our brand?
Yes, we provide a complete white label solution as well as managed model.
How long will it take to provide us the machine?
It depends upon your project idea. But if it's a standard use case then we can provide you machine in less than 2 weeks. Some projects may take longer depending on the custom features requested.
What about the machine maintainence?
Our unammned retail solution has 2 components- Hardware and Software. We keep bettering the software by releasing new versions and this doesn't require any physical changes. Any issue with the hardware(machine components) we can get our team to rectify it without any extra cost. First 12 month is completely free service.
My client wants some customisation in the software?
This is very much possible. Discuss your project with us and we will let you know if the custom feature is a quick release or requires custom development. We provide various in built custom options like payment options, access type set up based on your requirement. However, any custom feature that requires new development will attract a dev fee.
How do you settle the payment?
We provide you a functionality to add your own bank account and payment gateway credentials for a quick payment directly in your account. If you don't have your own PG setup then we can also provide you our own PG services with T+2 days settlement cycle.
How else these machines can be used?
Our double door machines are just like retail shelves. You can use them to set up an unmanned stationary shop in your office, use it for PPE shop, deploy them at various retail locations for promotion and tracking(FMCG), Order and collect kiosk etc. Talk to us and we can suggest creative ways to use our pods for your project.
Do I need to buy these machines upfront or is there any other biz model?
If you're a operator or someone who wants to run business using our machine, you can wither directly buy our pods and rent it on a monthly basis( min rent period mandatory). We also charge a monthly SAAS fee to cover our software cost. If you're a company who wants to deploy these machines and require a service provider then we can give you end to end service(including logistics and supply)on a monthly fee basis.
Do you offer any support?
Yes. We offer hardware and software support for our operator partners. And for our direct clients we offer 24/7 customer support.
Do you offer training?
Yes. We provide our clients with a library of personalised tutorials on how to use our pods/machines, so that you are well equipped to take full control and ownership.
